Return Policy

Items may be returned within 5 days of receiving your order, provided that:
* The item is unused and in its original condition.
* All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.
* The item is not damaged, altered, or worn.
* Non-Returnable Items
* For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.
* Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the item so that we can assist you.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase, or via bank to bank Electronic Funds Transfer.

Please note: Fhola Creations does not offer store credit.

Please note that online deliveries may take 5–7 working days to arrive.

Is delivery included in the price?
Delivery is not included in the product price.

Standard shipping: R100
Free shipping: Available on orders over R3000

The applicable delivery fee will automatically be added to your invoice during checkout.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Please note that we currently do not deliver to PO Boxes, farms, rural areas, or international addresses.

Who can accept my parcel?
We offer a door-to-door delivery service, meaning your parcel will be delivered to the address provided during checkout rather than to a specific person.

If the recipient is unavailable, the parcel may be accepted by someone else at the delivery address, such as a security guard, staff member, receptionist, or another authorised person at the location.
